The idea is how mass produced objects/media can warp the true meaning behind what they depict and then sell that lie to the public. I chose snowglobes for this, as they are widely used as a souvenir of travel, and souvenirs often depict various aspects of a country/culture in a stereotypical manner.
The work is collectively titled "Lost in Translation". And the photos kinda suck because I was in a rush. If I had more time, I would've got more photos of the contents of each globe before I stuck them together. Meh, stuff happens.
So now I want to write a spoof of Harry Potter. Should be fun.
